It comes with an enclosed and lifetime lubricated motor that will prevent it from stopping due to excessive dust accumulation. This high capacity electric fan forced heater puts out 4,800 watts (16,382 BTU's) of heat. It's comes with a built-in handle and 6 foot power cord (NEMA #6-30P Plug). This construction heater is designed for job sites, commercial workshops and other large unheated areas.
